Organizar un Congreso Científico Nacional de alta calidad científica y académica, cumpliendo con las expectativas de los asistentes, estando a la altura de las nuevas tecnologías y demostrando la capacidad organizativa de los alumnos y profesionales involucrados en la realización de este evento; con el fin de incentivar, afianzar, fortalecer e incrementar el espíritu científico, generando vínculos amistosos en la comunidad científica médico estudiantil.

Establecer un Congreso Científico Nacional, que se convierta en el evento científico académico de mayor trascendencia en nuestro país, y que sea considerado como el mejor en su categoría; incentivando a la producción científica, la actualización académica y el intercambio sociocultural para lograr mejoras sanitarias, resolviendo los problemas de salud que aquejan a nuestra nación.
