INSCRIPCIONES
Los pasos para realizar tu inscripción en el Congreso son los siguientes:
1. Acceder a la Web del Congreso.
2. Dar click al botón Inscripciones Online, que se encuentra en la página Web del Congreso
3. Se abrirá una ventana de bienvenida al software de registro online Qoroom; donde si te vas a registrar por primera vez; tendrás que llenar los datos solicitados en el formulario web de color naranja a fin de que el sistemaregistre la información necesaria para ser inscrito en el congreso. Se recomienda, que llenen esta información correctamente, para evitar contratiempos. Todos los campos son obligatorios.
4. Luego se recibirá un mail de confirmación a la dirección de correo registrado en el formulario; es obligatorio activar su cuenta haciendo un click en el link indicado, para confirmar su registro.
5. Recibirá un mail de bienvenida indicando, su nombre de usuario y datos ingresados en el formulario de registro.
6. Para ingresar al sistema deberás ingresar tu usuario y contraseña en el formulario verde.
7. Una vez logueado en el sistema, podrás cambiar tus datos, enviar tus trabajos de investigación, ingresar los datos de pago del voucher y realizar las reservas a visitas ténicas, talleres, cursos, etc.
8. Solo cuando hayas pagado en el Banco y hayas realizado el ingreso de tus datos del voucher a través del Sistema de Inscripciones, serás considerado como asistente del Congreso. El área de Finanzas comprobará los datos de tu voucher con los reportes del Banco, si todo es conforme, se procederá a confirmar tu registro en el Congreso
9. El Sistema te enviará un e-mail confirmando tu registro en el congreso.
Las inscripciones y entrega de materiales iniciará el día 03 de Agosto en las instalaciones de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo.
